<li>Pepper</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>Nutmeg</li>

<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Cut the onions and sauté them</li>
<li>Add the chicken thighs in pieces and bake for a few minutes</li>
<li>Add the garlic powder and the brown sugar and bake for a short time</li>
<li>Add the ketjap media and the chicken broth</li>
<li>Add some salt and pepper and nutmeg and let it simmer for 3 to 4 hours</li>
<li>Make sure all the moist evaporates but make sure it doesn’t get too dry. Otherwise add some extra chicken broth</li>
